Inkscape, draw freely.
There is one thing I have yet not managed to figure out: is the image vecorized via the "trace bitmap" option, and then manually corrected and 'put nice', or did you do all the vectorization process by hand?
If it is the latter case, I bow before you. Especially for the amazingly short time that it took you to do it.
